These are great! I've always done ACV rinses. And I add baking soda to my shampoo when I need a more in depth scalp clean!

What body lotion recipes do you use?

Ohhh I have to try that! I've never added baking soda, I've only used it for a lot of cleaning projects haha, but will try that too. I have no body lotion recipes unfortunately! I just buy my lotions - either that brand EO or Alaffia, sometimes just some shea butter in the winter time.

Thank you so much - this is gold! 🌞 I wonder how do you use the raw honey as a face cleanser? I tried it some months ago and wasn't sure - would you need quite a liquid honey for this? Thank you! πŸ’›

That's a great question - you would definitely want more of a liquid raw honey, not the crystallized version. Just because when it's crystalllized it can create micro tears on the skin and disrupt the skin barrier, so I've learned! I just scoop some out of a jar with my fingers and massage into dry skin, then gently rinse it off with warm water while I'm showering :)

Yes! Makes sense πŸŒžπŸ™πŸ»πŸ˜ I did use a more crystallized honey and it felt rough, so I'll try with the liquid version. Thank you so much!

Yes! Oh I love that you used the ACV for a flaky scalp, that's great to know too. I swear, is there anything ACV can't fix? And the green tea toner saved my skin, I've always had more acne prone skin and once I started using that green tea toner as a gentle wash/toner for my skin, it improved so, so much. The Skin Rebalancing Protocol course I linked in the article has great info on green tea and why it's so good for the skin. I'm excited test out the angle of using it for reducing fine lines this summer when the sun is stronger as well.
